Honeywell's Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS) is an advanced safety solution designed to enhance landing performance and operational safety for aircraft during the landing phase. The ROAAS provides critical real-time alerts to flight crews, focusing on the risk of runway overruns-situations that can occur when an aircraft does not stop before the runway's end.

As a Sr Advanced Software Engineer within the Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CN&S) Center of Excellence , you will join a dynamic team that designs, develops and implements advanced software solutions for cutting-edge Avionics technologies. Our team is at the forefront of pioneering solutions such as the Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS), Datalink Communications Platforms, Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS), and state-of-the-art Radar technologies.
In this role, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing and optimizing cutting-edge software solutions for Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting Systems (ROAAS). This isn't just another coding job; it's an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have a tangible impact on the world. You will work on projects that involve advanced algorithms, data analytics, and real-time systems.
