Maintenance Mechanic (Finance)




Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic that is experienced in HVAC and not only. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HVAC experience and will have their Boilers License. They will have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting and has the ability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality.

What will I be doing?

As a Mechanic, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel's equipment and machinery with an emphasis on the HVAC unit in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery
  • Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance of HVAC system
  • Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
  • Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention

Rate of Pay:

$25.00 per hour
