Personal Concierge - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills (Finance)

What will I be doing?

The Personal Concierge administers and supervises all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals in order to achieve an authentic and unique service experience for our guests by providing the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism and unparalleled service. This position acts as a first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to their arrival, ascertaining their needs and preparing for their stay.

As a Personal Concierge, you will administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals in order to achieve an authentic and unique service experience for our guests by providing the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism and unparalleled service. This position acts as a first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to their arrival, ascertaining their needs and preparing for their stay. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs, while creating a sense of "we've been expecting you."
  • Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
  • Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required.

This position represents the highest level of service by combining instincts and expertise to ensure luxury through True Waldorf Service.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various, including Overnights - must have availability to work Overnight, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Pay: The pay rate for this position is $29.32 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.
