Lead Field Service Technician (Finance)
LOCATION: This position takes place on-site at NASA JSC.
SCHEDULE: Days/Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Can independently troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
• Can program more than one system.
• Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches.
• Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer.
• Program EBI's .
• Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of
the customers (may need to possess certifications).
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment.
• Security and other clearances as required by customer.This role focuses on handling and resolving complex service issues by providing technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell customers. The customer's systems may include HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems, along with related computer systems. As a Level 3 Technician, you'll also guide and support junior technicians. The main goal is to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
