Paralegal with Litigation Experience (Legal)



Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Paralegal to join our personal injury law office, specifically within our Litigation department.

A Day in the Life of a Litigation Paralegal


This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal with Litigation Experience, located in Little Rock, AR. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys, managing day-to-day tasks for our litigation cases from inception to settlement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Paralegal will assist lawyers by investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and organizing and managing case files. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting correspondence and pleadings, and supporting attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings. The Paralegal will also manage deadlines, handle client communication, and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm

Experience in Personal Injury, either on the Plaintiff's or Defense side

Proficiency in legal research and excellent investigative skills
Experience in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Strong organizational and case management abilities
Ability to assist in trial preparation and support attorneys during court proceedings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with litigation software and case management systems is a plus
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal certificate from an accredited program (preferred but not required)

Excellent computer and typing skills

**Work Schedule**
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In-office only.
