Associate Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility (Finance)

Prudential is seeking an Associate Manager to support our enterprise-wide Shared Value efforts, which aim to address societal challenges while driving business growth. This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating initiatives that intersect business objectives with community impact, including support for the Blueprints to Black Wealth business growth strategy.
 

What you'll do:

Shared Value Initiative Support

  • Support the project management of enterprise-level Shared Value efforts across Inclusive Solutions and businesses.
  • Track, analyze, and report on progress across Shared Value workstreams; create compelling updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Analytics, Sales and Distribution, etc. to align execution and storytelling with business goals.
  • Prepare presentation materials and briefing documents that clearly articulate progress, impact, and strategic recommendations.

Community Partnership Engagement Support

  • Support the execution of community partnerships aligned to Shared Value priorities, including coordination of partnership activation plans, deliverables, and metrics tracking.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of three (3) Community Advisory Boards across the core local markets (Greater New Jersey, Metro Detroit, Metro Atlanta), including agenda setting, meeting logistics, follow-up tracking and in-person social receptions.
  • Support local market teams (Greater New Jersey, Metro Detroit, Metro Atlanta) on activation efforts, pilot initiatives, and community engagement activities.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders across the businesses to ensure seamless execution of Blueprints-specific initiatives.
     

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in program/project management, corporate social responsibility, partnership management, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-stakeholder initiatives that involve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diverse communities and understanding of their lived experiences.
  • High cultural competency and experience working with community organizations and nonprofits is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment that requires iterative solutioning and flexibility.
     

It would be a plus if you had:

  • Understanding of Shared Value principles and how companies drive business growth by addressing societal needs.
  • Experience supporting community partnerships or initiatives that bridge business and social impact.
  • Knowledge of Prudential's products and services or similar industries (insurance, financial services).
  • Familiarity with nonprofit-specific project management frameworks like RACI, MOCHA, or DARCI.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $83,500.00 to $129,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
