To lead this transformation, we're seeking the world's top talent. Join us in our journey. The Vice President of Global Service Operations will lead NVIDIA's worldwide service strategy and execution. This role coordinates all aspects of after-sales support, warranty and repair operations, refurbishment, customer experience, and global logistics. It carries significant financial responsibility and reports directly to the EVP of Global Operations. Role is based in Santa Clara, California.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and lead the global service strategy in alignment with NVIDIA's operational and business objectives, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Coordinate global service planning and execution, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, reverse logistics, and systems integration (e.g., Baxter, SAP)-ensuring smooth end-to-end operations and effective collaborator communication.
  • Manage worldwide repair and refurbishment operations, optimizing turnaround time, quality, and cost, while driving coordination across internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
  • With WWFO design and coordinate global warranty programs and service agreements that balance customer experience with financial efficiency, ensuring policy consistency and directly resolving complex customer issues when needed.
  • Own the global service P&L, delivering strong financial results and driving continuous improvement through automation, data analytics, and operational innovation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global service operations team, while encouraging positive relationships with OEMs, service providers, and logistics vendors to ensure scalable and reliable service delivery.

What we need to see:

  • 15-25+ overall years in global operations leadership within the tech or semiconductor industries, including 10+ years in senior-level roles
  • Proven success in leading large-scale service functions with full P&L accountability and a strong focus on transformation and customer happiness
  • Deep expertise in service logistics, repair and refurbishment (RMA), warranty programs, CM management and supply chain integration
  • Diverse experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality, with a strong executive presence and skills in managing collaborators
  • Master's degree or MBA or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, or Business (preferred areas)

The base salary range is 352,000 USD - 557,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
