As our Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be a key driver of modernization and efficiency across the company. Key Responsibilities 

• Process Analysis & Transformation Strategy 

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of current business processes and workflows across departments to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for digitalization. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. 

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, software, and platforms that can enhance efficiency and integration between our systems. 

• Develop business cases for transformation projects, outlining potential ROI, resource needs, and timelines. 

• Automation & Solution Development 

• Serve as the subject matter expert for data-centric tasks during projects, including data migration, transformation (ETL), and validation using complex SQL queries. 

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust automated workflows and applications using platforms like Power Automate, UiPath, or similar systems. 

• Ensure data integrity and build solutions that are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. 

• Project Management & Change Leadership 

• Lead and manage small-to-medium-sized digital transformation projects from initial concept through to successful implementation and user adoption. 

• Act as a change champion within the organization, effectively communicating the benefits of new processes and technologies to encourage buy-in. 

• Develop clear training documentation and provide support to end-users during the transition to new systems. 

• Serve as a key point of contact and project lead in the manager's absence, overseeing timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Required 

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role such as Business Systems Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, Data Analyst, or Automation Developer. 

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis. 

• A problem-solver's mindset with exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. 

• Proven ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 

• A strong aptitude and desire to master automation platforms like Power Automate and/or UiPath. 

• Preferred 

• Direct, hands-on experience building and deploying solutions in Power Automate or UiPath. 

• Demonstrated experience managing a project from start to finish. 

• Familiarity with change management principles and best practices. 

• Experience working with APIs to integrate disparate systems. 

• A proven track record of successfully implementing a new process or technology in a previous role.
