Senior Environmental Project Manager (Finance)

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for a full-time position to support our Resilience Environment team in North America with connection to our office in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. This position will manage projects across many sectors, but mainly focus on Federal, commercial and industrial projects with input from technical experts, particularly those executed under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements. This position will require some travel to project sites to assist clients with project planning and implementation.

Role accountabilities:

  • Managing scope, schedule, and budget for multiple environmental remediation projects simultaneously, both large and small scale from investigation and alternatives analysis to implementation of selected remediation approach.
  • Client and regulatory interface and correspondence
  • Leading teams across various project phases, including site assessments, field investigations, feasibility studies, removal actions, remedial designs, , and optimization of post-remedy long-term-monitoring and long-term operations/maintenance (LTO/LTM) for environmental remediation projects
  • Support portfolio managers with financial management
  • Technical report review and coaching junior staff on technical writing
  • In conjunction with Account Leaders, developing and maintaining client relationships to help further Arcadis positioning on upcoming programs and project. This will include capture/proposal management, and preparing technical approaches and cost estimates
  • Health and safety stewardship, including local field visits

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering or closely related field
  • 12 years of related experience
  • 4 years of project management experience

Preferred:
  • PE, PG, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) delivering projects for other DoD agencies such as US Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineer Center and Army Environmental Command.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $102065 - $173510. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
