Project Manager Assistant (Finance)
We are seeking a Talent Management Project Coordinator for our County Materials in Astatula Florida
Job Summary:
This individual will work closely with Project Managers to perform clerical and administrative functions. The primary role is to facilitate the logistics of the Field Installation crews. The activities of the Field Installation crews require daily reports which are critical to job costing functions, which will also be the responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager. Reporting project progress to the Team Project Administrator for preparing WIP progress billings to be projected and invoiced accurately is also a key responsibility of this position.
Job Duties:
Support daily operations and logistics of Field Installation crews
Prepare and submit accurate daily crew reports critical to job costing
Assist Project Managers with administrative functions across all phases of the project
Report project progress to the Team Project Administrator for WIP and billing purposes
Collaborate with project and plant teams to ensure effective scheduling and documentation
Maintain organized and timely records of project activities
Contribute to project audits and special reporting tasks as needed
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency for reporting and communication
Work Environment:

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction or a related industryExperience and/or training in precast concrete construction administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
