Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and a minimum three years of marketing experience is required. Experience using HTML & CSS to develop responsive email layouts AMPscript and/or SQL a plus. Knowledge of marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Iterable, Emarsys, and experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator and/or Photoshop is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for business use.

Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues. Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents or guidelines exist.

Knowledge and Skills
Has an advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience and used to complete and/or oversee assignments. Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Ability to forecast problems and maintain strong conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft Project experience is helpful. Strong relationship skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of marketing concepts including A/B testing, performance metrics, data flows, tools and technology, industry best practices, compliance, deliverability and sender reputation.

Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.The Lifecycle Marketing Campaign Manager will help manage the planning, development, execution, and analysis of email and/or SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This includes communications for lead nurture, retention, appointment reminders, community events, newsletters and more.

  • Contributes to the management, development and deployment of enterprise-level Lifecycle Marketing programs in SFMC from ideation to execution.
  • Works closely with account management team on incoming corporate and divisional requests to interpret needs and recommend solutions and best practices, such as target audiences, creative and deployment plans.
  • Serves as email content subject-matter-expert providing ongoing content recommendations based on the evaluation of email performance.
  • Develops optimization plans and conducts ongoing A/B testing (subject lines, imagery, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicates results.
  • Analyzes and reports on performance metrics to provide insightful analysis to internal and external parties.
  • Maintains cross-functional relationships to ensure holistic and consistent brand messaging, alignment and compliance across marketing channels.
  • Helps maintain and provide recommendations to deployment calendar to ensure consistent marketing communications.
  • Supports team in building journeys, automations and data extensions within the SFMC platform. Ensures program results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, cost and industry standards.
  • Manages, tracks and updates projects using project management tools to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Contributes to developing and updating Lifecycle Marketing documentation.
