Role Summary:
The Technical Proposal Specialist is responsible for working with Cooper's technical sales and application engineering teams to create high-quality, professional proposals for major equipment sales and leasing. The role will be responsible for front-end engineering, design and estimation of refurbished compressor packages.
The key product focus will be reciprocating compressor packages with a primary focus on reconfiguration/repackaging of used equipment. The other main area of focus will be coordinating 3rd party compressor packagers to bid on end user projects for both new and used equipment. Understanding reciprocating compressor package applications and design configuration is essential for success in this role.
