The salary range for this position is $105,700 - $132,200 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Manager, Reporting & Analysis to join our accounting team. The Manager, Reporting & Analysis will report to the Director, Financial Reporting. The responsibilities include performing and reviewing various external financial reporting, reconciling ERP data to financial reporting, assisting with financial audit, performing various financial analysis, and participating in monthly closing. This role can be located in either our Glendale or San Francisco offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the actual financial reporting and assist with budget, forecast, long-range plan reporting to our parent company, LVMH.
  • Manage all other external financial reporting.
  • Assist in managing timeline and closing for our international entities, being a bridge between US headquarters and international entities.
  • Assist Kendo's finance group (Accounting and FP&A) in meeting the closing and financial reporting timeline.
  • Understand, develop, and enforce proper accounting practices and controls.
  • Identify opportunities in reporting and process improvements and work with team to implement changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with other groups and monitor business activities to ensure timely identification of accounting and financial reporting matters and recommend practical solutions.
  • Proactively pursue business issues impacting the general ledger for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial analysis as assigned.
  • Participate in month-end close as needed.
  • Assist with financial audit.
  • Serve as a resource to other departments as needed.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years' experience in accounting
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA a big plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure
  • Experience with ERP system, experience in Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Consumer products or manufacturing industry experience a BIG plus
