Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in LTC/ Rehab setting
• PCC knowledge is a plus
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively
