Product Support Specialist 1 - Social Media Moderator (Weekend Shift) (Finance)
We are seeking a full-time Product Support Specialist 1 - Social Media Moderator (Weekend Shift) for our Olathe, KS; Salem, OR; or Tucson, AZ location, for our Social Media Support Team as a Community Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for helping people return to their passions by providing basic technical support for Garmin's consumer products. You'll respond to customer inquiries received through various social media channels in a timely manner, while escalating issues for resolution, documenting interactions, and following up as needed.
Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
