Sr Field Service Technician (Finance)
As a Sr Field Service Technician with Honeywell, he/she/they supports the residential weatherization team by delivering efficient, high-quality service to customers across Northern New Jersey. In this role, he/she/they optimizes field operations, ensures customer satisfaction, and contributes to business growth while applying technical, safety, and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, he/she/they manages onsite service visits, maintains a Monday-Friday schedule, and utilizes a company vehicle to perform field assignments effectively.MUST HAVE
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience in skills trades, such as plumbing or HVAC
- A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to Honeywell

- BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification
- Face to Face customer service experience
- Energy Saving Measures installation
- Site pressure diagnostics
- Site combustion safety testing
- Delivery of field related customer service
- Delivery of customer education
- Coordination of work performed with the Program Coordinator
- Ensure on-site quality, and troubleshooting where needed
- Deliver program services in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner
- Ensure the required inventory is obtained and delivered for all required site work
- Carry all needed tools, equipment, and materials in vehicle to perform all Technician duties
