Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing residents with routine daily care based on individual care plans
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions to Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor promptly
• Supporting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility)
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, intake/output, and overall wellness
• Creating a warm, calm, and caring environment for residents and families
• Collaborating with nursing and interdepartmental staff to ensure exceptional care
• Participating in shift change reports and documentation as required
• Maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Current California CNA Certification (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• A passion for working with seniors and delivering high-quality care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
