Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do:
- Admin for entire department
- Draft files for Legal
- Deliver loan reports
- NDAs, Property Subordination, consent letters, default notices, correspondence
- UPS Deliveries
- Obtain signatures
- Upload files to internal record keeping system
- Prepare Legal Tracker matters
- Maintain schedules
- Manage preparation and delivery of various reports (time sheets, outside counsel spend, budgets, etc.)
- Organize events
- Prepare and track AR invoices for certain legal work (LL waiver, estoppel, commencement date agreement, etc.)
- File prep for outside counsel
- File prep for internal paralegals and attorneys
- Update and modify site plans
- Process invoices for Legal Department
- Manage UPS and certified mail for Legal Department
- Processing of expense reports for Legal Department
- Update lease issues and title issue summaries
- Provide W-9s when requested
- Request checks from AP through Nexus for payouts from Landlord for various fees (i.e. consent fees, LTA fees, lender request fees, etc.
- Spearhead changes to triple nets when made by the Recoveries Department (i.e. Updating Fixed CAM centers, etc.)
What we're looking for:
- College degree and one to three years of related administrative experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, communication and general administrative skills a must.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
