Senior Director, Global Risk Management (Finance)
The Sr. Director of Risk Management provides strategic leadership and oversight of SC Johnson's global risk management programs that support the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks that could impact the physical, human and financial assets of the corporation. This highly influential role is responsible for global and local insurance placements, claims management, captive management, loss prevention and risk engineering of our global facilities and manufacturing plants. The role is actively involved in the development and execution of the M&A insurance strategy and collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders. The Sr. Director of Risk serves on the Captive Board of Directors with oversight for the day-to-day operations of the captive, investment portfolio and management team, while ensuring the continued financial strength of the captive. This role requires a strategic leader capable of building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to effectively advance the program's objectives.
