Seasonal General Store Team Leads 2025 - Multiple Positions Listed (Personal Services)

Anderson Farms is looking for several seasonal General Store Team Leads for Fall Festival. Team Leads are expected to work alongside other team members doing the same tasks. The Team Lead should have strong leadership skills. The Team Leads will take direction from their department manager and will help delegate tasks as necessary.
Team Leads should be available consistently throughout the season (September 24-November 1) Additional hours before and after season may also be needed.

General Store Team Lead:
This person will mainly be the leader of the inside General Store team. This person will also lead the Pumpkin Land, Gem Mining and Paintball Shack.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Learn how to use, troubleshoot and train on the Clover POS system.Assist with training new cashiers and pumpkin sizing.Overseeing daily stocking, dusting and or cleaning, opening and/or closing procedures.Make customer service decisions, i.e. refunds, exchanges, etc.Create and manage lunch breaks for the team during your shift.Assist pumpkin sizing team as requested.Learn the Bear Factory system so that they may assist as needed.
Back Porch Team Lead:
This person will lead the employees that are assigned to the Back Porch areas of the General Store. This would include the pumpkin sizing team and the produce area outside of the General Store.
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the training, stocking, daily setup, daily closing.Create and manage lunch breaks for the team during your shift.Assist with customer service, making decisions about refunds or exchanges.Be comfortable around large crowds.Assist the General Store as needed.
Bear Factory Team Lead:
Learn how to use, troubleshoot and train the Bear Factory Trailer.Make customer service decisions, processing refunds, exchanges, etc.Create and manage lunch schedules for the team during your shift.Enjoy working with children and making them smile.
