Responsibilities:
Data Extraction: Retrieve and compile data from various sources, including internal databases, government websites, and other relevant platforms, to support business development initiatives.
Cataloging: Organize and categorize extracted data into structured formats, ensuring consistency and accuracy for easy access and retrieval.
Archival Support: Assist in archiving documents and records in compliance with company policies and federal regulations, maintaining proper documentation standards.
Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of extracted and cataloged data, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to understand data needs and provide support for proposal development and market research activities.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of tasks performed, including data sources, cataloging methods, and archival processes.
