Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

Beltservice Corporation has an immediate opening for an industrialMaintenance Technicianwho will provide maintenance and repair for all facilities and equipment. This position is on 1st shift (Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

Responsibilities & Duties
Equipment and Facility Maintenance.Production equipment troubleshooting and repairs.New capital equipment installation projects.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent; Industrial maintenance or technical coursework preferred.Professional certifications are a plus.5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Facilities and Equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.Must possess a high working-level knowledge of Electrical and Controls Systems. Certificates in any of these areas, a plus.
Experienced working with and troubleshooting standard AC and DC voltages including 24V, 120V, 220V, 480V, etc.Able to create functional electrical circuits.Familiar with electrical codes and standards.Possess the ability to bend conduit, install conduit, and run wires according to the electrical standards.
Should be knowledgeable about various mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, and plumbing systems.Proficient with the tools of the trade including core hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, multimeters, etc.Excellent troubleshoot skills.Experience with CMMS, a plus.Overtime may be required at times; willingness to travel to other branch locations, a plus.
