Sr Inventory Control Clerk (Finance)

- Responsible for organizing all orders being processed and back up administration duties when necessary.
- Pick up and sort all special orders from the order entry department and bring them up to status
- Process orders and run copies of acknowledgments.
- Keep all orders organized and filed
- Inventory forecasting and planning
- Assist with market research to support new product selection and determine optimal stocking levels
- Perform cycle counts and manage perpetual inventory
- Assist with inventory setup, product cataloging, and warehouse organization
- Maintain and monitor open purchase orders to meet SOP
- Track and manage slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged product, coordinate proper disposal
- Process and follow up on warranty claims with supply chain
- Balance warehouse entries (Oracle)
