Talent Management Senior Associate (Finance)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic human capital team as a Talent Management Senior Associate. In this role, you will assist in fostering a positive workplace environment and support the human capital team in managing employee relations matters and projects that elevate our culture and enhance the employee experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting employee concerns and managing talent related projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance the employee experience.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Support the Co-Head of Talent and Employee Relations Lead in resolving employee grievances and conflicts by facilitating communication and providing guidance on company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct research on best practices in employee relations and contribute to the development of training materials for employees and managers.
  • Participate in employee offboarding processes to ensure departing employees are aware of obligations and procedures related to their departure.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to employee metrics and trends.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with firm objectives.
  • Play a lead role in coordinating and managing projects that directly correlate with the employee experience (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement surveys, human capital audits, meeting preparation, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR-related roles (employee relations, project management, recruitment, onboarding or benefits administration
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs

The anticipated starting salary range Minneapolis based individuals expressing interest in this position is $77,000-$99,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market. Apply
