As a Program Manager, Operations, your core responsibility will be to drive operational excellence by focusing on knowledge management, process improvement, and data-driven insights. You will utilize your expertise in documentation, communication, and change management to optimize technical enhancements. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex information into actionable plans and is passionate about developing systems that enhance team effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
Create and maintain a central repository for collective knowledge to improve decision-making and performance.
Analyze and map processes and customer journeys to identify gaps and prioritize key initiatives.
Leverage various applications to gather and analyze data; providing clear, actionable insights that help us understand our performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Develop and support an internal communication strategy; keeping teams aligned and informed about key initiatives, changes and successes
Support the development of internal training programs for new initiative launches
Measure and report on business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
What Experience You Need:
3-5 years of experience in a Program Management or Operations-focused role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program success and report on metrics
Experience in process mapping and/or leading customer journey workshops
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and/or train on technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with cloud-based applications
