THE POSITION
As an Advanced Flight Deck Systems Lead Engineer, you will operate as the Principal Investigator and/or Program Manager for advanced technology research projects. This will include leading technological innovation, designing future flight deck features, rapid prototyping new concepts, lab testing, flight testing, tracking and reporting program status, deploying Agile methodologies, and ensuring on-time completion of customer milestones and deliverables.
You will design and develop innovative and cutting-edge human computer interface solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of operating an aircraft, utilizing your multidisciplinary skills to support the design of innovative flight decks, autonomous systems, speech recognition, and user interfaces based on human-centered design and knowledge of cognition and decision-making. You will design/conduct proof of concept lab experiments and flight tests and document your results in technical reports. You will research and utilize new technologies like artificial intelligence, speech/voice, and AR/VR to support the development of new advanced features in support of our new Anthem flight deck.YOU MUST HAVE
