What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct care and support with compassion and respect
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, etc.
- Promote a homelike, safe environment while upholding resident dignity
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Are a current CNA in California (or have completed an approved OBRA program)
- Are passionate about providing quality care to seniors
- Enjoy a collaborative and engaging team culture
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Competitive starting wage: $18.00/hour
