PLM Coordinator (Finance)

Millions of our product units are in use today throughout North America. We are looking for a motivated individual that can be a SME for Document Management and the Engineering Change Process.
  • 10+ Years PLM & ERP systems (Agile and Oracle a plus)
  • Project management skill
  • Proficient with mechanical concepts and able to communicate in written form and graphically (generate drawing in mechanical form)
  • Effective communication skills - knows the audience

Education Requirements:

College level study of 2-4 years or 10-15 years of practical experience

  • 10+ Years PLM & ERP systems (Agile and Oracle a plus)
  • Project management skill

  • Responsible for ensuring change orders are complete, accurate and relational (GETR, GCOC, GPPAP)
  • Subject matter expert for document management, CAD storage, and the engineering change process
  • Develop and implement PLM strategies improving workflows for organizational efficiencies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, marketing)
  • Acts as a project manager for designated activities
  • Supports Engineering, Product Management and Tech Services in maintaining BOM's and service kits - revises instructions manuals as needed
  • Chairs Change Request (GCR) meetings to establish requirements for final approval
  • Develops and maintains health matrix of Agile system
  • Generates BOM's for given product or assembly
  • Recognize and report issues with Agile or Oracle
