What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- At least 1 year of academic or industry lab experience with a strong emphasis on hands-on experimentation
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and accurately document procedures and results
- Effective communication skills and strong organizational habits
- Experience with basic laboratory techniques and good safety practices
Preferred:
- Experience with mammalian cell culture , and 3D culture systems , and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with hydrogel formulation, bioprinting, or microfluidics
- Exposure to analytical methods such as microscopy, ELISA, RT-qPCR, or mechanical testing
- Experience working in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment
- Knowledge of quality systems or regulated research settings
